    • Well, features-wise this cookbook is great. It has color photos, total start-to-finish time, active cooking time, side dish suggestions, nutrition informationFood-wiseI tried three recipes, which is my official-yet-arbitrary number of recipes to try in the cookbooks I read, and we are zero for three on "things I'd make again." D'OH.


    • Very disappointing. Beautiful photography and interesting ideas, but each recipe is full of either soy or dairy - two very difficult to digest foods. Out of 100_+ recipes in this book, perhaps only two were a possibility. I have more interesting and healthy one-pot meal ideas in my book, "Still Delicious"!



    • I can't remember the last time I paged through a cookbook and didn't find a single recipe I was interested in trying. Most of the recipes didn't even seem very 'healthy' to me.


    • Had half a dozen or so recipes that I'll probably try but not much jumped out at me. Interesting approach but many didn't seem truly one-pot to me.


    • I wasn't interested in any of the recipes in the book. However, at the end of the book, there were instructions for how to roast various types of vegetables, which would be rather useful.
